What areas do you cover?

Yes, absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Vehicle breakdowns and accidents don't stick to a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we. You can call us for help anytime, day or night.

AJ Vehicle Recovery is based in London, and our primary service area covers all London boroughs and the surrounding motorways, including the M25, M1, and M4. We also offer pre-booked national vehicle transport services across the UK. If you're unsure if we cover your area, just give us a call.

Our goal is to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. In the London area, our typical response time is between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your exact location and current traffic conditions. When you call, we will give you an accurate estimated time of arrival

The cost of recovery depends on factors like the type of service you need, the distance we need to travel, and the time of day. We pride ourselves on transparent and fair pricing with no hidden fees. For an immediate and accurate quote for your situation, please call us directly.

Do you need breakdown cover or a membership to use your service?

No, you do not need any existing breakdown cover or membership. We are a pay-as-you-go service. This can often be more cost-effective than an annual policy, as you only pay for the service when you actually need it.

My vehicle is accident-damaged and won't move. Can you still recover it?

Yes. We are fully equipped to handle accident-damaged and non-running vehicles. Our modern recovery truck has a winch and a flatbed, allowing us to safely load vehicles that cannot be driven, even if they're in a difficult position.

I've broken down on the motorway. What should I do?

Your safety is the top priority. If possible, pull over to the hard shoulder, turn on your hazard lights, and exit the vehicle from the passenger side, staying behind the safety barrier. Then, call us with your location details. We are experienced in motorway recoveries and will reach you as soon as it's safe to do so.
